maintains and manages our two medical/professional buildings, Beacon Hill
Professional Mall in Southfield, Michigan and Georgetown Professional Building in
Sterling Heights, Michigan, comprising some 47,000 sq.ft. with 20 largely medical
tenants.  Their duties include maintenance, remodeling, rehab, repair, and tenant
relations.  Our tenants have told us that they think very highly of Rob Galacz and John
Harte of G-H Group, and we know that some tenants have engaged G-H Group for
their in-suite special projects.  We have also contracted with G-H for special repairs at

This letter is to certify that I would strongly recommend to you the G-H Group as
construction managers.  We employed G-H Group in April, 2005, to undertake a
complete renovation of a former acute-care medical/surgical hospital.  In fact, G-H
Group replaced our existing Project Manager mid-stream due to the project being late
and over-budget.

The G-H Group significantly improved overall timing and cost and the majority of the
overages were recouped by completion.

We were particularly impressed at the effectiveness of the G-H Group in working
between the Architect, the Board of Directors, and the construction crews.

Additionally, G-H Group has demonstrated significant knowledge of the regulatory
environment in the State of Michigan including JCAHO, OSHA, and State Fire Marshall
and, in fact, have effective personal contacts with state health authorities.  The
success the hospital had in obtaining JCAHO accreditation was largely due to the
efforts of the G-H Group in exceeding the Environment of Care and Life Safety Code
requirements.

The entire management team at The Behavioral Center of Michigan was especially
impressed at the way the G-H Group worked seamlessly to accomplish timing
milestones and cost objectives.  Their cost control, change order, and payment
administration processes were superior to other contractors we have used in the past.

Finally, we found the G_H Group to be extremely cost competitive and flexible with
regard to working with our funding, bank timelines, and capabilities.
